1. About Kammy
Kammy is an event discovery and payment facilitation platform operated by Kammy Technologies (India). We help users discover and book live experiences in Mumbai, with flexible instalment payment options. We are currently in beta.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use Kammy. By using the platform you confirm that the information you provide — including your name and mobile number — is accurate and belongs to you.
3. EMI Plans & Payments
- Kammy offers instalment plans of 3 or 6 months at 0% interest during the beta period.
- Your first EMI is collected immediately when you set up your UPI Autopay mandate. Tickets are dispatched to your email after successful first payment.
- EMI amounts are calculated on the ticket face value. No hidden fees are added.
- Missed or late payments may result in suspension of your account and cancellation of your booking.
- Instalment terms may change for new bookings after the beta period ends. Existing confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after Kammy has reviewed and approved your application. Approval is at Kammy's sole discretion. You will be notified via SMS once your booking is confirmed.
Kammy is a facilitator. Tickets and event access are provided by third-party organisers. Kammy is not responsible for event cancellations, venue changes, or the quality of the event.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the event date. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued only for EMIs already paid — no refund is issued for the outstanding balance.
No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, or after the event has taken place.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse Kammy's platform, including but not limited to: providing false identity information, reselling tickets obtained through Kammy, or attempting to circumvent the payment system.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kammy's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you have actually paid to Kammy for the booking in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS. Continued use of Kammy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
